Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days the item purchased may no longer be returned. 

You must obtain an RMA # before returning any merchandise. Your package will be refused without it.  Please use the contact us form to obtain an RMA #.  After obtaining an RMA # please package the item carefully.  The RMA # needs to be in the address on the shipping label as noted below.  If you have any other questions feel free to contact us.

Warranty Policy:
Repair My Chromebook warrants all parts sold to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. During this period, any part found to be defective under normal use will be replaced at no additional cost, at the discretion of Repair My Chromebook.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, modification, or any condition outside normal operating parameters. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.
